Achievement of the day TODAY I FINISHED MY FIRST CHINESE TEXT BOOK!
We were witness to Chinese wedding this weekend. The guests were really dressed up. In our standard they were wearing clothes that I would not wear to change oil in mud. Like Udi says they were the same shirt every day.
There is huge separation between very rich and very poor. It is incredible to see it. Top brand new cars and bicycles running next to each other.
Mingtain (tomorrow) I am starting my second book. Since our brain is fixed memory storage I am starting to forget my
English and Hebrew. Sorry! I guess we will change to dumpling instead of gefilte fish pretty soon. Today is our first dumpling session I will post my impressions ASAP. Which brings us to Betty (Chinese have English names to make our life easier) she comes in at 4:30 (exactly) cooks and disappears around 6:30 with no leftovers.

I am very worried but Michal cleaned one suitcase to take Betty back to la Jolla. (she is serious). We keep our kitchen parve and let betty run the show. So far she did not fail we will see tonight.
